How your enquiry is handled

The form collects details about your cleaning needs. You can review and change the information before sending it.

What information we need

The required fields are your name, phone number, town or area, cleaning service and consent to data processing. Floor area or number of rooms, preferred date and time, and comments are optional. Do not include access codes, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information.

Form delivery

When you submit the form, your browser sends the enquiry through two channels: Formspree delivers it to Casabrilla’s work email, while the protected /api/submit handler delivers it to Casabrilla’s Telegram. The page language and source-page address are also included. The success message is shown only after both channels confirm delivery.

Analytics and cookies

The website currently does not use Google Analytics or set analytics cookies, so no analytics-settings panel is displayed. If analytics is added in the future, this information and the consent mechanism will be updated before it is enabled.
